Whilst undertaking therapy can feel challenging in itself, and can temporarily create a sense of upheaval and even feelings of grief, or anger, I always strive to work in a gentle, warm, encouraging and supportive way, at your pace. I’m comfortable working in a time-limited and structured way, or we can work open endedly.
Some clients benefit from knowing their therapist is committed to supporting them long term, and for this reason I also offer long term contracts of two years. Different time frames suit different people, and I do also firmly believe that the human psyche makes the very best use of whatever time and space is available.
